This chip is a fixed output voltage version with a default output voltage of 5V (voltage range: 4.8V~5.2V, test conditions: input voltage 7V~40V, output current 0.2A~2A) and a wide input voltage range of 4.5V~40V.It operates at a fixed switching frequency of 150kHz, supports a linearly adjustable duty cycle from 0% to 100%, and delivers a constant output current of 2A.Built-in optimized power transistors, frequency compensation modules, and soft-start function limit the power-on surge current and reduce the demand for input capacitors.The device integrates multiple protection mechanisms, including over-current protection (OCP) and over-temperature shutdown protection. When secondary over-current limiting is triggered, the operating frequency drops from 150kHz to 50kHz.It also supports a TTL-level shutdown function: the ON/OFF pin activates at low level, shuts down at high level, and defaults to low level when floating.Packaged in SOIC-8, the chip features dimensions of 4.90mm×3.90mm×1.55mm and adopts a surface-mount technology (SMT) installation method.
