During the 2025 IIC Shenzhen, EETimes conducted an exclusive interview with Fu Enrong, Deputy General Manager of Operations at Lianchuangjie. The conversation focused on core topics including Lianchuangjie’s 2025 performance, digital transformation and upgrading, testing system operations, and future strategic planning. It revealed how Lianchuangjie, amid the complex and volatile global industrial chain landscape, leveraged its global perspective and digital resilience to navigate industry cycles, deliver an impressive performance, and advance in-depth digital practices, rigorous quality control systems, and forward-looking global and intelligent strategic layouts for the future.

Performance: Seizing Opportunities for Steady Growth

Looking back on 2025, Mr. Fu admitted that as a global electronic component distributor, Lianchuangjie’s performance is closely tied to global market fluctuations, presenting a situation of "both opportunities and challenges."

The biggest opportunity stemmed from the explosive market demand driven by the integration of memory and artificial intelligence (AI), injecting strong momentum into the company’s performance. Meanwhile, factors such as geopolitics brought significant challenges to the "domestic and international dual circulation" trade, leading to the loss of some market opportunities.

Despite these dual factors, Lianchuangjie still delivered results exceeding the industry average. "We achieved a good outcome," said Fu Enrong. "Growth surpassed last year’s level." He specifically noted that Lianchuangjie’s growth was already among the top in the chip distribution sector in 2024, and with the opportunities from AI in 2025, its overall performance was "even better than in 2024," demonstrating the company’s strategic resolve and market capture capability in a complex environment.

Testing System: Internationally Recognized, Forging the Cornerstone of Quality

In 2025, Lianchuangjie became one of the first independent distributor testing laboratories in China accredited by CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment), attracting industry attention. Mr. Fu explained that CNAS is mutually recognized with the internationally accepted ISO 17025 standard, meaning the test results of Lianchuangjie’s testing laboratory will be widely recognized by global customers.

However, the significance of obtaining CNAS accreditation goes far beyond a certificate. Mr. Fu believes its greatest value lies in enabling the company to "clarify things we have been doing but not fully understanding." The systematic philosophy advocated by CNAS—"say what you do, do what you say, identify gaps, and continuously improve"—is deeply integrated with Lianchuangjie’s own CSD Quality Management System.

The CSD system itself pursues full-process coverage and continuous iteration. Under this framework, Lianchuangjie has not only absorbed the essence of CNAS but also integrated multiple outstanding international and domestic standards such as ISO 9001, AS9120, AS6081, and ESD S20.20. "We have incorporated all elements that contribute to quality stability and reliability, turning them into norms, processes, and even Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that we must follow," said Mr. Fu. This is a dynamically optimized and pragmatic implementation process, with the consistent goal of ensuring that every chip delivered to customers is 100% qualified.

Future Strategy: Global Layout and Exploring AI Empowerment

Looking ahead, Lianchuangjie’s strategic path focuses on two core directions: unwavering globalization and prudent AI exploration.

Globalization: From "Layout" to "Healthy Operations"

Mr. Fu observed that going global is an industry trend, but many distributors still face challenges in their overseas layouts. "Not many have truly achieved local operations and healthy business development." After nearly two to three years of continuous exploration and investment, Lianchuangjie is very close to this ideal state—establishing local teams overseas and forming a healthy business cycle. Based on judgments about customer needs and the industry landscape, globalization has been established as a strategy to adhere to. The company is continuously strengthening collaboration between domestic and foreign teams and deepening local construction in Singapore, Thailand, and other regions, aiming to build a more resilient global service network closer to customers.

AI Application: Active Preparation Combined with Clear Cognition

Faced with the AI boom, Lianchuangjie has adopted a strategy of "preparation first, pragmatic advancement." The company has made "AI-Ready" preparations in terms of human resources, knowledge base construction, and process data sorting, laying the foundation for leveraging next-generation AI technologies such as large models to empower business operations.

Current practices follow two paths: first, actively applying AI products and agents from third-party platforms such as Feishu and SAP; second, attempting to build transaction-level human-machine collaboration processes based on open-source workflow platforms like Dify to improve efficiency.

Mr. Fu maintains a clear understanding of this: "Frankly speaking, we haven’t achieved great results yet; we are still in the exploration stage." He admitted that there is still a significant gap between current explorations and the vision of "AI deeply integrating into business," with many challenges ahead. This indicates that Lianchuangjie’s investment in AI is rational and long-term, not chasing short-term trends but focusing on the real, sustainable value that technology can bring to business efficiency and innovation.
