Headquartered in Montreal, Canada and Taipei (dual headquarters), it also has three regional headquarters in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Singapore, with 159 offices and over 5,000 employees in 44 countries worldwide .
In 2024, Future Electronics was acquired by WPG Holdings. In 2025, Future Electronics received the Littelfuse "2025 Best Business Development Distributor Award".
