Job Description:

1. After training, be able to skillfully use the company's quotation system to provide sales services to customers;

2. Communicate with customers through online platforms, email, and telephone;

3. Timely feedback product information from purchasing staff to customers;

4. Independently analyze the different requirements of new and existing customers for products, independently handle business, and be able to independently develop customer resources.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, proficient in basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English, Korean, Japanese, etc., with good translation and interpretation skills;

2.  Diligent and responsible work attitude, with a high sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and strong communication skills;

3.  Experience in developing overseas markets is preferred, and the ability to communicate effectively with foreign customers through various means;

4.  Hardworking, passionate, and willing to pursue challenging work are preferred (recent graduates are also welcome);

5. Familiarity with the electronics industry and more than one year of experience in international trade sales of ICs and electronic components is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Comprehensive salary includes: base salary + commission + performance bonus, with an average salary of no less than 8000 RMB, and an annual salary of 200,000-1,000,000 RMB, plus year-end bonus;

2. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance cash bonuses ranging from 1000-10000 RMB, domestic and international travel opportunities, family trips, etc.;

3. 5 days of annual leave after one year of employment; holidays are in line with national holidays, and a 5-day work week with two days off.
